Founded by Roy Pence and Dale Pence in 1949, Pence/Kelly Concrete, LLC is dedicated to the fundamental principles
of honesty and hard work.

As a third-generation master-builder, headquartered in Salem, Oregon for the past 6 decades, construction is in our blood. The Company's Leadership Team is comprised of Bob Hill, President; Wes McWhorter, Vice-President of Construction; and Dave Hays, Vice-President of Operations.

Pence/Kelly’s expertise in structural concrete work spans the construction industry spectrum, from small tilt-up or foundation packages to multi-million dollar elevated structures, from simple warehouses to multi-level complicated research facilities. We have exceeded client expectations from Southern California to Anchorage, Alaska, and throughout Oregon and Washington.

Our success in concrete construction is driven by our decades of experience as a general contractor. This experience has provided us with the knowledge of what our clients need and the ability to see a project from their point of view.
