Morrison Parking Structure

The Morrison Parking Structure is a 3-floor addition and seismic upgrade to the existing structure for the Galleria in downtown Portland. To perform the seismic upgrade, Pence/Kelly had to undermine all existing footings. Materials include structural steel with pre-cast railings.
