The Center for Outpatient Medicine, Salem, OR

The Center is located across the street from Salem Hospital and is connected to the hospital and parking garage by three Skybridges. This is a seven-level, 235,000 sf, cast-in-place medical center housing medical offices, surgery suites, radiology and chemotherapy treatment facilities as well as diagnostic facilities and below grade parking. The Center is a mild-steel reinforced cast-in-place structure with the concrete package valued at 4.9 million dollars. Pence/Kelly was awarded the 2001 Excellence in Concret Award for work on the Center for Outpatient Medicine.
