North Mall Office Building

The North Mall Office is the “Pilot Project” under the Executive Order on Sustainability. The three story cast-in-place office building will be 115,000 sf with a 64,000 sf, 180 space parking structure. This structure is all cast-in-place concrete with post tensioned slabs. The main shearwalls were cast as architectural colored concrete and all other concrete is exposed to the eye.
