This project for Hoffman Construction featured structural foundations for four house style dorms on the NW corner of the Reed College campus. A LEED Silver Certified project, the 59,000 SF dorm will house 125 students and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2008.
In addition to the dorm house, the Reed College project features a pedestrian bridge constructed of over 200 tons of concrete in the elevated portion and 15 tons of concrete in each sloping pier.
