The two-phase Robertson Building is located three blocks west of the State Capital Building in Salem, Oregon, and houses the Department of Justice. This Class A, 72,000 sf, five-story structural steel office building is located on a busy thoroughfare
to the south and railroad tracks on the west. The Robertson Building included a full basement requiring soil pinning to hold back the banks due to the tight building site and included cast-in-place retaining walls.
