Hewlett-Packard ASIC Technology Access Center was completed in 1990. Pence/Kelly acted in the capacity of the concrete subcontractor for Marshall Contractors. Our 8.1 million dollar contract called for 29,000 cubic yards of concrete to be cast-in-place. Our crew size reached 100 during the peak months.
